Nike Basketball Camp

  1. Three Cone Crossover Drill: Players pound the ball, performing a "closed" crossover (cross step) at three consecutive cones, finishing with a block jumper and holding the follow-through.
  2. Two Ball Toss and Cross: Players simultaneously dribble two balls, toss one to a coach, perform a crossover with the remaining ball, and immediately take it back to finish a layup.
  3. 5-4-3-2-1 Shooting Drill: A conditioning-based drill where players sprint between cones (5 to 0), shooting layups and jump shots at different spots (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) to simulate game-speed shooting.
  4. Two on Two Opposite Block Touch: A competitive drill focusing on transition, where offensive players sprint around cones to secure a ball, while defenders must touch the opposite block before recovering to defend.
  5. Two on One with a Chaser: A defensive/offensive drill starting with one defender navigating a short cone to create a 2-on-1, with a second defender arriving later, forcing quick decision-making.
  6. XrossOver Dribbling Vest Training: Specialized training to enhance dribbling technique and control.
